About the Meeting

The meeting is intended for scientists, resource managers, educators, students, policymakers, and others interested in atmospheric deposition, air quality, and its effects on aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. NADP data has been used for decades to understand and solve real-world problems impacting people and the planet, including helping to facilitate cleaner water, healthier air quality, more productive fisheries, informed environmental planning, improved air quality and climate forecasting, and responsible environmental stewardship.

Abstract Submission

The deadline for submitting abstracts is April 3, 2026.

Student Information

NADP welcomes and encourages student attendance! Current undergraduate and graduate students presenting posters or talks will be offered a discounted registration fee and will be eligible for an award for best student presentation.

Registration fees will be waived for local students attending from:

  1. University of Wisconsin – Madison
  2. Edgewood University
  3. Madison College

Ellis B. Cowling Student Travel Award

Additionally, students may apply for the Ellis B. Cowling Student Travel Award to help offset the cost of registration, travel, and lodging. The Ellis B. Cowling Student Travel Award is supported by the NADP Foundation which was established at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019.
